LaShawn Fields has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. She has been a licensed cosmetologist in the states of Indiana, Texas, and Illinois. She currently expanded her career by getting her license in cosmetology instruction in 2016. She has been the owner of I ❤️ Beautique since 2014. She wanted to open a small boutique salon so that she could control the atmosphere. She has always wanted a place of relaxation and comfort for her clients. She has a passion for people and enjoys boosting their confidence and making them feel good about themselves. She has also taken advanced training and certifications in trichology, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and make up application.

She also took vocational in high school. She attained her Illinois cosmetology license in 2018. She is a master at hair and nails. She can do wig installs, extensions, and braids.
